Surah Ar-Rum, ayah 49
وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمُبْلِسِينَ
Although they were, before it was sent down upon them - before that, in despair.
