Surah As-Sajdah, ayah 8
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ
Then He made his posterity out of the extract of a liquid disdained.
