Surah Ar-Rum, ayah 3
فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome
