Surah Ar-Ra'd, ayah 39
يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ
Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
