Surah Al-Mu'minun, ayah 49
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture that perhaps they would be guided.
