Surah Al-An'am, ayah 18
وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Aware.
