Surah Ghafir, ayah 71
إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
