Surah Az-Zukhruf, ayah 60
وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنَا مِنكُم مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةً فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَخْلُفُونَ
And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] on the earth.
