Surah Ash-Shuraa, ayah 39
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَابَهُمُ ٱلْبَغْىُ هُمْ يَنتَصِرُونَ
And those who, when tyranny strikes them, they retaliate [in a just manner].
