Surah Ash-Shu'ara, ayah 10
وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
