Surah As-Saffat, ayah 150
أَمْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَـٰثًا وَهُمْ شَـٰهِدُونَ
Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?"
