Surah Ali 'Imran, ayah 82
فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
