Surah Al-Hijr, ayah 4
وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree.
