Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 242
كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
Thus does Allāh make clear to you His verses [i.e., laws] that you might use reason.
