Surah Adh-Dhariyat, ayah 19
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
